Agents also learn various sales techniques and receive cross-training in the other industries that impact them, like loans, titles and escrow.
Agents also received one on one mentoring from one of our field coaches. The coaches are there to ensure that every 'i' is dotted and every 't' is crossed before a client signs a contract and before damage is done. The coach is the agent's lifeline while they are starting out.
